Compatible motherboard for ThinPad T430s

Hello,

My Thinkpad T430s model 2353-2MU which motherboard is compatible with i7-3520M CPU ?

My original motherboard was (FRU) 04X3687 but it is already defective or no good. I want to repower my old thinkpad.

Every T430s system board will fit inside every T430s chassis. They're interchangeable in that way.
IMO the only issue is if the new board has an nVidia GPU and your old board is Intel-only, which can be solved by buying the right heatsink.

Note: the processor in the T430s is soldered to the system board, so you won't be able to replace/upgrade it. According to the MTM database (link just below the site banner at the top of this page), the 2353-2MU has an i5 3320M.

It will work as replacement. They're both T430s motherboards with Intel-only graphics.
