The uac is fully disabled only after a reboot. Disabling the uac (here) is not meant to correctly install the patched drivers, but to correctly patch the drivers. Just an update to the situation.

Dowloaded the 10.4 drivers and had the same situation occur. I'm guessing its an issue with the current version of Mobility Modder, so I'll wait for an update on that end, or hope that Lenovo puts out newer, updated drivers.
