oh, well on the shell of my ThinkPad, it says X41. Odd.

We're getting somewhere, but now, it says the driver can not start. It does register in Windows though.

It's a "one or more files seems to be corrupted error".

Hello, I'm a newbie with ThinkPads and don't have too much experience with them, so if you guys here know what my problem is, that would really help. I bought an X41 (non-tablet) off of eBay a while ago and have been loving it, so I decided to mess around with it by seeing if some Linux distros work...
