Good keyboard, Screen, shell, various other small parts, even a complete set of screws.

Dead Mobo... (see my post on the X-Forum)
Heatsink/fan
Ethernet Chip
Mini-PCI modem
IR Chip
2 good screen hinge covers
etc...
