WTB: ThinkPad 760 Replacement Latch
Hello folks, the latch to hold down the LCD in the lower right hand corner broke a few days ago and I was wondering if anyone has a replacement part.

Since my 760 is at the moment on load to a friend, it is out of my possetion so I can't give you a picture right now, but since you mentioned somewhere on this messageboard that you have a 760, I'll describe it. The latch that holds down the screen on the lower right hand corner, the hook that holds down the screen when shut broke off. When I get the laptop back into my possetion, if you still need the picture, I'll snap one for you.

Thanks, I thought I'd never find a latch, I'd love to buy that off of you. Also, since you say you have other parts, would you happen to have the piece of metal that holds on the piece of plastic that overs the modem? Another thing, I'm looking into upgrading my 760's crappy 1mb videocard. If you happen to have the videocard from a 760ED, I'd like to buy that off of you.

I can take any parts you have to offer any time, just PM me with your address and what you want in exchange and I'll send you a box. Oh, and as for the perfect condition 760, what 760 model is it? That's something I'd be interested in.
