Warranty repair interface is User Hostile

It's a mess, including that inane Chat keeps popping up to intefere.

I can't tell if my request was received.

So I will resubmit.

(I did keep a copy of the information I provided (systems and my troubleshooting).)

Loonovo never improves.

Cannot resubmit via Loonovo's web site, message is that there is no update to my claim - but entering any SN returns that message.

Garbage code!

Cannot comprehend voice mail message at what seems to be Loonovo Canada's present HQ location (it has moved a few times). No 0 option to get an operator.

Perhaps have to send registered letter to HQ in Hong Kong.
