A heads up, Process Lasso, even the free version available for windows, prevents my thinkpad x230 from getting to up to 90 Centigrade during intense game of go against Katrain app. Highly recommended to those who use the CPU to the max.
Keeps the cpu in the seventies even at the highest load, without a perceivable loss of performance. I don't how it does it, have not looked deep enough to identify the feature which helps but the effect is very good and repetitive.
