Client Security Solution

I have Client Security Solution 6.00.0027.00 installed. But no other program seems to recognize it. When I go to ThinkPad Configuration then click on Security Information. I then click on Security Chip. Under "IBM Client Security Software" it says Not Installed. Is this normal or am I missing something?
