HELP! What keyboard did R31 and/or A30 have? Alps or NMB?

anyone know what manufacturer keyboards were used in the Thinkpad R31 and A30?

The FRU parts in my old Thinkpads were:

R31 - 02K5994

A30 - 02K5972

Both German keyboards.

Any infos appreciated. My guess is that the R31 was an NMB, but I am not sure about the A30...
