IBM a/b/g Mini PCI Adapter II - who makes chipset?

It's impossible to find any information on the chipset in the II adapter. Does anyone know who makes it?

Someone mentioned once it was the Atheros 5004 series, but there's no literature to confirm it anywhere.

Can anyone help?
