External USB2 enclosure for 12.7mm DVD RW drives?

I'm thinking about purchasing an external USB2 laptop DVD+-RW drive enclosure (for the 12.7mm type that won't fit in a T4x). Any suggestions on good ones, or ones to avoid? Something that runs off laptop power (T40) would be great (if possible).
