IBM RT3200 keyboard's user guide needed

Hi,

having problems with my TP380ED keyboard I bought an second-hand external keyboard - namely IBM RT3200 (with trackpiont). Now I am looking for any user guide for this keyboard for some features are not clear to me at all. I would be very grateful you can tell me where I can find such user guide.
