IBM SK-8845RC - working windows 10 driver?

I just got myself an IBM SK-8845RC (FRU 94Y6135) and it works fine on Windows 10 with whatever driver Windows installs by default.
All keys work, so does the TrackPoint and middle scroll.
The Access IBM button does not work (I would like to re-map it to the Win key) and I need to adjust the touchpad sensitivity.
I have tried all the drivers suggested on this forum and elsewhere on other fora.
(Never got my keyboard to be detected as a synaptic device)
Could I please get directed to the working driver for SK-8845 on Windows 10?
Thanks.

Is this for manual driver manipulation / forcing purposes? Is there a how to for that?
