Function keys setting for ThinkPad Compact Keyboard with Trackpoint

I just started to use ThinkPad Compact Keyboard (wired) with Trackpoint with my new Windows 10.
I installed the keyboard driver 1.5.6.0, hoping it would work well.
Now I can control the track point setting by clicking its own app in the system tray.
But I am not able to locate Function keys setting.
Device Manager does not show "ThinkPad" under Keyboards, but only HID Keyboard Device.
Keyboard properties dialog box does not have "Fn and Function Keys" tab, where I am supposed to set the keyboard regarding function keys.
Any help would be appreciated.
