Best Place to Get New IPS FHD Laptop Display

Hi,

Just got a T440p with standard display. Want to replace it with the IPS FHD (1920x1080) type display.

There are 3 displays available on the Lenovo parts page:

Lenovo DISPLAY PANEL AUO 14.0 FHD IPS AG 04X0626 FRU Only $225.50

Lenovo DISPLAY LGD 14.0 FHD IPS AG panel 04X0436 FRU Only $284.46

Lenovo DISPLAY LCD Panel LGD 14FHD IPS AG,slim 04X5916 FRU Only $192.13

The abbreviations mean:

FHD = 1920 x 1080
IPS = In Plane Switching (generally, wide viewing angle)
AG = Anti-glare

Any way to know which one is best quality build-wise and visual quality-wise?

I've found other displays listed on eBay and Amazon, that are made by various Chinese companies. Much lower prices, but don't know how good quality they are.

Best to spend the extra dollars and get one from Lenovo?

Any suggestions for getting a good quality display?
