Square tip + usb-c combo charger?

I'm guessing Lenovo doesn't make one as I've looked quite a bit. Would like a single charger that can charge both types of Thinkpads. I've found some potentially sketchy solutions like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/295637645203 and it's only 45W instead of 65W, but if it doesn't cause anything to burst into flames, it would probably work. Any better solution out there (besides two separate chargers)?
