Just downloaded samurize...desktop help

I just downloaded samurize.. but have no clue how to use this tool. I was hoping there are cool mods you can just download and apply (kinda like stylexp was/is). Can anyone help me or point me to the right source?

Also, I just got the IBM's black globe wallpaper (the continents)...someone told me that you can add cities and etc....is this through photoshop or paint or this an active desktop kind a thing..and if its the latter...where can I get it. Thanks much for the help.
