trouble with pkgmgr.exe

anyone else having problems with updating thinkpad with pkgmgr.exe?

I've tried with a T1, LAN, ISDN, dialup and the software updates itself to latest version but the latest version will not connect to their server, thus the initial update (self-update) works fine, after that, nothing happens and no inventory results as the server is not found

"C:\Program Files\ThinkPad\PkgMgr\PkgMgr.exe"
