CE Utility Diskette

I need to replace the inverter for the display on my R31, but the maintenance manual says that after replacement, the inverter's EEPROM would have to be set for the actual LCD panel used using IBM's "CE Utility Diskette".

Can anyone help me get a copy of this program that would work with the R30/R31 series?
