Different keyboards.

was looking at Thinkpads the other day and found 2 T60s with 2 different keyboards. the 14.1 had black raised keys, similar in shape to a regular desktop keyboard. The other, a 15.4, had the more flat normal laptop keys. I am thinking about an R60 with a 15 inch screen.
Does anyone know which keyboard comes with this model?
