Max RAM is 256MB low-density PC100 plus 64MB onboard RAM. I've owned three TP240's, including a 300MHz model with 320MB RAM and both 3-cell and 6-cell batteries which I sold about a year ago for $160US.

Windows XP Pro. I sold the 300MHz/320MB 240 to a coworker and he's still using XP Pro on it.
