AzureWave AH-VD920H in T61p

Hello there,

I have bought a nicey T61p this week, and while doing some maintenance I have found an AH-VD920H installed in it. While I was almost certain the device has not been disassembled ever (you can't imagine how much dust can there be inside a 13-years-old system), the card is definitely not stock mounted.

Question: What is that for? It just says "HD Video Recorder", and I can't really get the general idea why the previous owner installed it. I do not expect it to have a great impact on T61p video power
