What is the model of T60 that comes with x1500 graphics card

x1500 doesnt exist. Best you can get outside of the v5200 is the x1400.
Thinkpad T60 2613-CTO (2\4m\667, 3GB, 200GB 7200, DVD-RW DL, SXGA+, 3945ABG, 128MB x1400, GBe, BT IV)

Sorry for the confusion as I saw x1300 and x1500 graphics option in their official T60 brochure.

I haven't seen that but I'll assume you are correct. If that is the case, it is a misprint in the brochure.

The GPU options for T60 are as follows:

x1300
x1400
v5200 (x1600)

Yep. That's a misprint. As lithium stated, there is no such card as the x1500. That should say x1400 (w/128MB).
