Part #'s of components in T60?

I used my serial number to find the parts that are in my laptop, but some of the wording is cryptic. Is there a way to translate which parts those numbers refer to? Example : 39T2677 24/8/4/24X CD-RW/DVD RAMBO-V DRIVE? or 13N7061 14.1 INCH LCD DISPLAY FRU
