I'm about to order either a X60 or a X60s. I read here sometime ago that they do produce some uncomfortable heat on the palm rests when charging. Is that true for both models? does it happen only while charging?
How about using it in your lap? is it unconfortable?

I have the X60 and personally have only felt it get warm once. It only gets warm is you do alot of disk intensive applicatons. It seems like the HD is on the right-side and that is the cause. Regular use won't even make a difference only things like copying files from HD to external for maybe 30-40 mins straight. Its not something to worry about though, the machine itself runs cool.
