PC Doc vanished

Greetings,

When I used to boot F11 to R&R, I would always see Diagose Hardware option, which would start PC Doc. Somehow, after I did recovery to factory preload, this option vanished. Not a big deal, but in case somebody knows how to resurrect it, I will be grateful.
