X60s support for 4GB SD cards

Will the SD card slot in the X60 or X60s support 4GB and larger SD cards?
X60s (17044JU) - 2 GB RAM, Core-Duo, DVD multi-burner, 8-cell, Windows Vista
T61 - 4 GB RAM, DVD multi-burner, 8-cell, Windows Vista

In this thread, Tselling said she could get her X60s (which has since been sold to me!) to recognize 4GB SD cards after reformating them.
