Disappearance of green volume indicators

#1 Post by Trolle » Tue Jan 30, 2007 12:21 am

After traveling halfway across the globe my X60 decided to test my patience and continously keep shutting off the Atheros wireless card. I took care of that issue but then I noticed that the green volume indicators failed to appear when I changed the voume setting using the buttons on the keyboard.

Has anyone experience this before?

The buttons still work, it's just the volume level setting that is inop.

Am I the only one who has experienced the disappearance of the green volume setting bars?

First check the following: on Display Properties > Settings > Advanced > On Screen Display, that the On-screen display box is checked.

It is the Hotkey Features driver that provides the on-screen display.
