DVD-R or DVD+R?

#1 Post by dclee012 » Wed Feb 28, 2007 11:28 am

Just to clarify, can the multiburner on the X60 read/write both -/+?
What is its write speed for either? And which mode do people generally prefer? Thanks!

FWIW, I've been using DVD+R (16x, Verbatim) and DVD-RW (4x, Verbatim) with mine and both work fine.

To the thread OP,

You can check your burner\'s write speed by right clicking on the D:/ drive - properties - recording.
