x60 tablet system fan start and stop noise

I hear a buzzing noise when my system fan starts or stops. Its fairly quiet while running but makes an annoying buzzing noise when its beginning to spin or stop.

Is this normal? Does anyone else have his problem on their X60 tablet?

Had some similar problems with my X60T. Wired noise occured when fan turned on and off some times and when I kept it angular. I've ordered a new fan-unit and exchanced it. Now my X60 is very quite all in all. It seems, that some thinkpad fans have bad bearings.
