Un-mute in tablet mode possible?

When I press the gray mute button on the upper left of the keybaord, and then go into tablet mode, I am unable to turn the sound on using the tablet shortcut menu (which can be accessed with the black key in between the esc and flip buttons on the lcd). I always have to take it out of tablet mode and press the gray key to get sound again. Can anyone else un-mute in table mode when they mute using the gray buttion?

I think you are missing few drivers.

you can unmute it using the little speaker icon in the system tray
