External screen quality problem

An external screen (tried 2) connected to the X60 (or the UBX6) when CPU runs full speed will display lines moving on the screen.

It shows more if refresh rates at 75Hz rather 60Hz and also less if I unplug AC power.
Annoying... Any clue ?
TP X23 +UBX2 +cdrw
TP X60 +UBX6 +dvdrw slim + floppy + 8cells battery
