Has anybody used Dell's BT Keyboard and Mouse?

Hi~

I'm thinking about getting a bluetooth keyboard but Logitech Edge is way over my budget.

Will the Dell bluetooth keyboard and mouse work with my internal bluetooth adapter? I found a good deal on a Dell BT keyboard and mouse but doesn't come with its receiver.
