Power Consumption on X60 tablet

What is the power consumption that most people get on thier Tablet? I was reading another thread regarding the X60s power consumption and they were getting much better results then I ever have.

Maximum screen brightness
CPU speed: Adaptive
Fan Control: Balance all parameters
Stock Thinkpad Windows XP Home OS

The lowest I have ever seen the power consumption on Mobmeter go is 12W.
