can i swap the display + lid from an x220tablet to a x230 tablet chassis?

Hello, I have been searching for an x230 tablet with the glossy outdoor display for a while now.

About a week ago I found one on ebay that was in super clean condition and photographed with the display so I decided to buy it.
Unfortunately, the laptop I actually received came with the matte multi touch display.
It is still very clean with an unused keyboard so I think I am going to keep it. What I am wondering is if it is possible to swap the entire screen + hinge + lid mechanism from an x220 tablet into an x230 tablet?
If this is the case, I may look for an x220 tablet with the outdoor screen. This way I can swap the palmrest + keyboard + lid assembly from the x220 tablet into the x230 tablet and get the best of both worlds with the faster processing power and usb gen 3 on the x230 with the classic keyboard and glossy screen.

edit: another similar idea, can I swap one of the x230 tablet motherboards with a quad core CPU into an x220 tablet chassis?
