Any way to make my taskbar white?

I'd like to make my taskbar white, I'm running XP Pro. I'm not looking for a theme program that will put unnecessary and cpu hogging programs on my Thinkpad, just a simple unobtrusive way to do it. Is there such an animal?

Uh yeah. Start with your Display control panel. There's a Silver color scheme.
