Delete ebay payouts bank account

I am getting rid of bank accounts/cards off websites I don't use anymore or use very rarely. On ebay I use to sell refurbished ThinkPads and other PC back in like 2005-2012. I no longer sell on ebay but may buy here or there. I deleted everything, even the cards until I want to buy something then I will add a card. But my problem is my bank account it still linked and want to delete it. I get this message when I want to delete it. (You always need a payout method so we can pay you. Please add another checking account first before deleting this one.) A lot of website have been getting hacked and want to get rid of any card/bank details on sites I hardly use. I have no credit cards and plan to get rid of paypal soon too.

PayPal is all you need for Fleecebay.
I no longer sell anything on Feebay, but VERY occasionally buy something (like once or twice a year).
