Posts SINCE last visit doesn't seem to work

It seems to show only the past 24 hours and nothing more.

Is there an issue here, or is it going from the time that the SERVER sent me the latest message mail?

It works for me. I haven't been around over the last weekend and when I came back, 4 pages of messages were waiting for me. By the way I turned off the email notification feature.
