I PURCHASED LENOVA THINK PAD EDGE( 13) BUT NOW A DAYS THERE IS SOME PROBLEM
1. BRIGHTNESS IS VERY LESS EVEN IF I PRESS (BRIGHTNESS KEY ON F8) IT IS NOT COMING
I GET THE OPETION TO INCREASE THE BRIGHTNESS BY KEY BOARD WHAT I NEED TO DO FOR THAT
2. SYSTEM IS WORKING SO SLOW SOME TIME IT IS TAKING LONG TIME EVEN TO OPEN THE EXPLORER

CAN ANY ONE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THE BRIGHTNESS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY

1. Try reinstalling hotkeys.
2. Generally some sort of program you've installed or something you've changed.

If the issue is serious enough to warrant all caps, just restore to factory default and start over.
