x121e Sata 6gbps??

I'm about to get a samsung 830 series (one of the few 7mm ssds out there) for my x121e. It's the i3 version with the mobile H67 chipset. I know the H67 chipset supports sata 3 but does anyone know if the ports are sata 3? I don't have any drives to test it with as all my current drives are sata 2 or older. Thanks...

I bought the 830 256GB without knowing if sata3 was supported.
AS SSD Bench gives 488MG Sequenial Read and 389 MB Write, so assume it supports sata3.
Windows Index is now 7.9 for the drive.
