x120e operating system not found

My wife dropped my thinkpad and now all i get is operating system not found. What can i do to get this issue resolved? I already took the back off and replaced the hd. What else can i do?

If you've got an external optical drive or flash drive, you could try booting to Linux just to see if it works. Maybe re-seat the memory too.
