Ever since I got it, I tell the calibration software to nag me in four weeks, and it comes up and says it needs recalibration (the icon turns red) in just one week. Or maybe less, I haven't been counting the days.
I've been expecting a driver upgrade to fix this, presumed someone in China can't count past "7" and the driver just needs a "28" someplace instead. But after a year or so, I called Lenono today to ask about support on that. And wasted an hour--literally--being bounced around between Atlanta and I'm guessing the Phillipines, sent and resent back to Premium Software Support and offered to be sold an additional cost policy (even though I'm under extended warranty) to discuss this.
I'd say Lenono support has totally dropped the ball, this is Keystone Kops nonsense, an hour to discuss a defective driver.
Has anyone been able to get the X-Rite Calibrator to accept "Nag me in four weeks" and work that way? Am I the only one who ever bought it?
And yes, the OS is fully patched to date (Win7/64) and the ThinkVantage updates and system are all patched to date, or at least, they claim they are.

I have this on my W530 and I basically turned it off.
