X13 Gen 1 Backlight Fuse

Hi Guys - been a while since I was on the forum - might be back in 2012 when I got some amazing help and parts to keep some T61/T61ps going.... Haven't needed any guidance since then as, while I have been on Thinkpads every day since then they simply haven't gone wrong (fingers crossed and patting the x1 yoga I am writing on right now)...until now, so I thought I would see if I can pick collective brain on this matter.


Back in those days we had no kids...bliss...and now we have teenagers and one of them has broken the screen on his X13 Gen 1. I got a new screen, correct part number and so on and watched some videos on the swap which turned out to be wrong and I didn't disconnect battery and so have blown the backlight fuse, I am sure - symptoms are all there - machine works fine on second screen, new screen works too but very, very dark indeed and only really visible with a very bright light.

We have taken out the mother board in search of the fuse which we are expecting to be labelled F3 or 7 or 9 or something similar but can't see anything at all like that on either the front near the board connector or on the back at the same place and so, my question is:


Does anyone know which fuse is the backlight one? Any idea of number of position would be really very helpful indeed, can't see, for example, the fuse with the letter 'p' on it although can see one with an 'f' - I think we are in the vicinity but there are a number of possibles right around there.


Sure you guys know about it - nothing seemed to escape answer back in the good old days!
