Hi all
I've been offered (cheap!) a T42 which has a very dim screen. It gets dimmer as it runs, which makes me suspect the backlight. I realise I may be taking a chance on this, but I am pretty competent technically and having done a bit of reading around how to replace the CCFL, reckon I might have a go. I haven't read anything specific about doing this on the T42; any experience, opinion or gotchas?
Thanks
Jon N
