HDD caddy for Japan only IBM 5538

I have an IBM 5538 which was an IBM Japan only Desktop with an LCD screen. Details can be found at

The machine will support a second HDD but requires a special caddy, details of which are on the web-page.

Can anyone help me get one of these caddies?

Please can one of our Japanese members help me.

I am looking for the 2nd HDD caddy to go into my PC Stream (5538-VWD).

This uses the same caddy as for the ThinkPad models such as M23V, C23V and TP550/555BJ. I think that these are Japan only machines.

The reference says that "the caddy is almost the same with one used for TP720/TP720C but the location of key holes beside the connector are little bit different". I have tried a 720C caddy but the connector looks to be too large.

Can someone help me find a caddy out of one of the Japan only machines?
