This weekend I'm swapping out the IBM 20GB 4200 rpm drive in my T22. I've never had any problems with the drive, though I haven't done a deep scan of it. I'll sell it (bare drive only) for $35 shipped in the U.S.. you can test and return if you don't like it. Seems like a good deal given what they're going for on eBay.

(Please, no posts about $8 "as is" drives on eBay)

If anyone else has a spare laptop drive...I'd be interested too....they make handy externals.
