Quick question on same level GPU and PSU

#1 Post by ThinkPad560X » Sun Jun 23, 2024 2:17 pm

I am quickly setting up a desktop tower stock with a SATA 1TB HDD and a 1TB M.2 and the graphics card I want to put in it requires a 350W and the PSU in the tower is a 350W. Would this be fine? The card doesn't take any 6-8 pin additional plug in, powers just straight from the PCIe slot.

No, the PSU will run hot.
Put in a 450-500W unit.
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)
But I actually prefer Murphy's from Cork!
