WTB: 512MB RAM for a T23

I need a piece of 512MB RAM for a T23. My preference is for a brand name or maybe something purchased from IBM, but if I have to I'll settle for the usual "pot luck" fair like that for sale on the auction sites. Please PM with what you have and what you want for it delivered (Florida, USA). I'd prefer to pay via PayPal to allow for a faster delivery but beggers can't be TOO choosey I suppose!

The T23 is that most rare of Thinkpads, it doesn't give a rat's behind whose RAM you use, just that it's PC133.

Get the cheapest, generic Kingston, PNY, etc., etc. available at your local CompUSA, Best Buy, etc. and have at it.

Thanks James. I'm used to always paying more for piece of mind but glad I don't have to here as it's for a poor college student (as most of us were!). I'll go pick up some tomorrow while I'm out, or order off the internet for him should nothing be available locally.
