I have a used 128mb PC66 SODIMM. Crucial Brand, should work fine in any 600e or other old laptop. $20 shipped.

I have a brand new 1gb stick of Samsung PC4200. IBM Pull from my 2668-J2U. I'll double check the FRU when I get home.

IBM 10gb 4200rpm laptop hdd: $20 shipped; $15 w/ the Mapower enclosure.

Mapower 2.5" external USB/FW enclosure: $35 shipped

However, I'd prefer to trade these items towards a couple AC Adapters for the T43, or a 9 cell battery (or 2).

Got my 2668 J2U today, and pulled the RAM. I had 2gb of Corsair for the project I scrapped for this system, so I'm going to use it instead.
