How to turn on bluetooth?

I clicked on my bluetooth place, and it said 'no bluetooth device' found, does that mean I don't have the bluetooth feature on this machine or I don't have things like bluetooth mouse? Is there a button I need to push to turn bluetooth on?

Press "FN + F5". Then check out wireless radio and you can switch it on there.
